- The basic pension amount will be deducted from the last drawn salary to determine the final remuneration.

- 30% of the last drawn basic pay will be deducted to determine the fixed monthly salary.
- Other benefits:
- Eligible for Transport Allowance as per the rate applicable at the time of retirement.
- No DA (Dearness Allowance), HRA (House Rent Allowance), or residential accommodation will be provided.
- No annual increment or percentage increase during the contract period.
