Educational Qualification and Experience

Essential Qualifications:

1. Option A:

• Master’s Degree in Computer Application/Computer Science or M. Tech (specialized in Computer Application).
• OR Bachelor’s in Engineering/Technology in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Technology.

1. Option B:

• Degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Electronics, or Electronics and Communication Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in electronic data processing, including programming.

1. Option C:

• Master’s Degree from a recognized university OR Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic data processing, including programming.

1. Option D:

• ‘A’ Level Diploma under the Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses (DOEACC) or equivalent qualifications such as Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Application.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electronic data processing, including programming.

Eligibility Criteria for Deputation

Applicants must be officers from Central or State Governments or Union Territories:

• Holding similar posts on a regular basis.
• OR Having 3 years of service in the pay scale of Rs. 5,500–9,000 or equivalent.
• OR Having 6 years of service in the pay scale of Rs. 5,000–8,000 or equivalent.

Tenure for Deputation
