As a Skills Coach, you will deliver HR and Learning & Development (L&D) apprenticeships up to Level 5, including CIPD qualifications. You will manage a caseload of up to 40 learners, focusing on teaching, coaching, and guiding them to achieve their qualifications and career goals. The position is hybrid, with remote work available for up to two days a week, and occasional in-person visits to learners.
Key Responsibilities
- Learner Support: Provide tailored teaching, coaching, and assessment to help apprentices achieve their HR/L&D qualifications.
- Planning & Review: Develop and review apprenticeship learning plans and ensure learners progress towards their end-point assessments.
- Workshops & Virtual Coaching: Deliver engaging workshops and online coaching sessions via virtual learning platforms.
- Feedback & Development: Offer constructive feedback, challenge learners to improve, and help them develop key skills.
- Functional Skills Support: Assist learners who require additional support with Functional Skills in maths and English.
- Safeguarding & Welfare: Promote and uphold safeguarding, equality, and diversity values, ensuring all learners are supported holistically.
- Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with clients and provide regular progress updates.
