Eligibility Criteria for CMRL Recruitment 2025
For Manager (VAC and TVS):
- Must have a B.E / B.Tech degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university (approved by AICTE/UGC).
- Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in project management of Tunnel Ventilation Systems (TVS), Air Conditioning Systems, or MEP in large infrastructure projects.
- Must be experienced in:
- Reviewing design verification documents
- Equipment/material approvals and technical submittals
- Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT)
- Supervision of equipment installation and commissioning
For Assistant Manager (HR):
- Must have a Graduate degree in Science, Commerce, Arts, or Humanities.
- MBA (HR) or equivalent degree from a recognized university is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a reputed Government, PSU, or Private organization handling:
- HR and administration matters
- Recruitment, labour laws, training, document control, and data management
- Logistics management and contract handling
Preference will be given to candidates currently working in or for Government/PSU organizations.
