Educational Qualification:

Work Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Chief Engineer.

Must have worked in companies with an annual turnover of over ₹500 crores.
Should be at a Board level or one position below the Board of Directors.
Should have experience in companies listed on the stock exchange.

Compensation for MSEDCL Recruitment 2025
Salary will be comparable to similar-sized Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).
Negotiable salary based on the candidate’s experience.
In case of deputation from Government/PSUs, the salary will follow standard deputation rules.

The selected candidate will be appointed on a contract/deputation basis for 3 years. Performance will be reviewed annually to decide on contract continuation.
