Qualifications and Experience
Head, Personnel & General Administration
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 20 years of post-qualification experience. OR
- Postgraduate Degree with 15 years of post-qualification experience. OR
- MBA in HR/Personnel Management with 10 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience:
- Managerial experience in personnel, administration, or vigilance.
- Familiarity with Government of India rules and regulations.
Senior Purchase & Stores Officer
- Qualifications:
- Graduate from a recognized university.
Senior Administrative Officer
- Qualifications:
- Graduate from a recognized university.
Assistant Director (Official Language)
- Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Hindi, English, or other relevant subjects with Hindi/English as a compulsory or elective subject at the degree level.
Assistant Catering Manager
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or related field with one year of experience. OR
- Diploma in Catering with three years of experience. OR
- PG Diploma in Hotel Management with two years of experience.
- Experience:
- Supervisory experience in an industrial or departmental canteen serving more than 300 people.
